This website and online store are operated by ANTHESIS ("ANTHESIS", "we", "us", or "our").

Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to make purchases through the Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, and display settings.
ANTHESIS garments may incorporate natural dyeing, hand-finishing, and material experimentation. As a result, subtle variations in colour, texture, surface, and finish may occur between individual pieces.
These variations may form part of the intended character of the garment and are not necessarily defects.
Certain materials and finishes may also evolve naturally through wear, exposure to light, and appropriate care.
Product availability, specifications, descriptions, and prices may be changed where reasonably necessary.
We may discontinue products at any time.
3. SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS
Sizing, proportions, and silhouettes may vary between ANTHESIS products.
Customers should review the individual measurements and fit information provided on the relevant product page before purchasing.
Unless otherwise stated, garment measurements are approximate.
Small variations may occur as a result of fabric behaviour, construction, finishing, natural dyeing, and production processes.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or otherwise confirm that the order is being processed for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorized;
• pricing or product information contains a material error;
• fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
• delivery restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order; or
• we are required to do so by law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount due to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@anthesisstudio.com.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
5. PRE-ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain ANTHESIS products may be offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis.
Where applicable, the estimated production or delivery period will be stated on the relevant product page.
Estimated dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, material availability, logistics, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will provide appropriate information and any rights required by applicable law.
A product being described as pre-order or made-to-order does not automatically remove any statutory cancellation or return rights unless a lawful exception applies.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges, import duties, customs charges, and other destination-specific charges may be additional.
Any applicable charges shown at checkout will form part of the order total.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including payment gateways made available through Shopify.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.
ANTHESIS does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
7. TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs requirements and charges vary by destination.
ANTHESIS is not responsible for charges imposed by customs or other governmental authorities, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched from the Republic of Korea unless otherwise stated.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by carriers, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, local disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will provide tracking information where available.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have regarding delayed or failed delivery.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
Our Return Policy forms part of these Terms.

13. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
ANTHESIS is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate the online store.
Any purchase made from the ANTHESIS store is a transaction between you and ANTHESIS.
Shopify is not the seller of ANTHESIS products.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
